Return Policy
Geographic scope
The seller is established in Germany. Distance-selling and withdrawal rules described here mainly reflect European Union consumer law. If you order from outside the EU, additional import, tax, or carrier rules shown at checkout apply.
1. Right of withdrawal for consumers
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have fourteen days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving reasons. The period begins on the day you acquire possession of the goods.
2. Exclusions
Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons lose the right of withdrawal once unsealed after delivery, if this was disclosed before purchase.
3. How to notify us
Send a clear statement to help@thunmareiedrexel.world or support@thunmareiedrexel.world or by post to our Nürnberg address. You may use the model withdrawal form available from EU consumer portals, though it is not mandatory.
4. Return shipment
Unless we offer a prepaid label, you bear the direct cost of returning goods unless the item was faulty or mis-described. Pack items securely to avoid transport damage.
5. Refunds
We refund payments using the same means of payment unless agreed otherwise. Refunds are processed after we receive the goods or evidence of return, within fourteen days from receiving your withdrawal notice at the latest, unless we have not yet received the goods back.
6. Defective items
Legal warranty rights apply to defects present at delivery. Contact us with photos and your order reference so we can propose repair, replacement, or price reduction as appropriate.
